Monique is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who received her Masters from Yorkville University. Monique has a broad base of training and experience working with trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, anger and stress management, and conflict resolution. She also has extensive experience treating individuals who have experienced trauma, relationship difficulties personally and in the workplace, and are struggling with issues such as post-traumatic stress disorder, depression and other interpersonal problems.
