MADS, BCBA, RBA (Ont.)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
I specialize in supporting children and youth with autism and developmental disabilities through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). My approach focuses on understanding the function of behaviour, developing meaningful communication and independence skills, and creating practical, individualized interventions that promote success across home, school, and community settings.
I have experience conducting functional assessments, developing and implementing individualized behaviour programs, and supervising therapy teams. I work closely with families and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure that interventions are collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to each individual’s strengths, needs, and goals. My goal is to help children and youth build meaningful skills that enhance their independence, participation, and quality of life.
