Service Fees

The following fees apply to virtual Occupational Therapy services. Services may be eligible for reimbursement through the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) or through private extended health insurance plans, depending on your coverage.

Assessment – All-Inclusive

$200.00

Approximately one hour, including a summary report or treatment plan.
This option is typically appropriate for preschool children requiring minimal standardized testing, or for older clients with fewer areas of concern.

Assessment – Additional Testing (Optional)

$125.00 per hour

Additional assessment time may be recommended when more in-depth evaluation or standardized testing is required (for example: articulation, language, literacy, social skills, behaviour, or motor development).

Assessment – Full Report (Optional)

Quote provided upon request

A comprehensive written report may be completed when extensive testing, detailed analysis, and individualized recommendations are required.

Reassessment (Recheck)

$125.00 – $150.00

Includes an updated summary report or revised treatment plan based on current needs and progress.

Individual Therapy Sessions

30 minutes: $90.00
45 minutes: $110.00
60 minutes: $130.00

Session times reflect the direct time spent with the client. Brief feedback and recommendations will be provided to caregivers following each session.

Funding and Insurance

Many families use Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding to access Occupational Therapy services. If OAP funding is limited, services may also be partially covered through private extended health insurance plans.

Some plans (for example, certain Manulife policies) may cover Occupational Therapy services such as assessments, therapy sessions, and report fees. Coverage amounts and eligibility vary by provider and individual policy. Families are encouraged to confirm the details directly with their insurance provider.

Booking

If you are interested in booking an assessment or therapy session, please contact us to discuss availability and next steps. Starting Occupational Therapy can feel like a big step. The process is designed to be simple and supportive for families.

Step 1 – Initial Assessment
An initial assessment helps identify your child’s strengths and areas of need, and allows the therapist to recommend appropriate goals and intervention strategies.

Step 2 – Individualized Therapy Plan
Based on the assessment results, a personalized therapy plan will be developed to support your child’s functional skills, sensory regulation, and participation in daily activities.

Step 3 – Ongoing Therapy and Parent Guidance
Therapy sessions focus on practical strategies that can be used at home, school, and in daily routines. Parents receive feedback and guidance after each session.

If you would like to learn more or schedule an appointment, please contact us to discuss availability.
