
Nardia Grant, MScOT, BSc (Hons), OT Reg. (Ont.)
Nardia Grant is a Registered Occupational Therapist qualified to practice in the province of Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Honours Biology and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Ontario. She is registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) and is professionally affiliated with the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT).
With over 14 years of experience in community healthcare and rehabilitation settings, Nardia has worked with children and families across a wide range of environments including schools, childcare programs, community settings, rehabilitation facilities, and hospitals throughout Ontario.
Her clinical work focuses on comprehensive assessment, individualized intervention, and collaborative care planning. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with a variety of acute and chronic conditions and is skilled in developing practical strategies that help clients improve their functional independence in daily life.
Nardia has strong experience in care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with families, educators, case managers, healthcare professionals, legal teams, and community partners to support meaningful outcomes for clients. She is experienced in sensory and physical medicine assessments and has supported families in navigating funding applications through government and community programs.
She is committed to evidence-based practice and brings strong skills in project coordination, privacy and risk management, and the use of provincial healthcare systems and databases. Nardia is known for her organized, client-centred approach and her ability to manage complex cases in fast-paced environments.
Nardia is fluent in English and is also able to read and write in French.
