I am a registered psychotherapist and expressive arts therapist with over 10 years of experience working with adults, children, teens and seniors in a variety of settings including schools, agencies, hospitals and private practice. I believe that creative expression unlocks emotional, physical and psychological well-being. My passion and specialty is working with children, teens and their families concerned with relationship challenges, parenting issues, divorce,  illness,  intellectual and developmental challenges, loss and grief, experiencing anxiety, depression and loss self-esteem.
