Kailey Puddy
Frontline Instructor Therapist
Kailey completed her Behavioural Science at Seneca College.
Working with children has always been a passion since she worked with kids at a young age. She has years of experience from her personal and professional life working and understanding people with developmental disabilities. She also had a wonderful opportunity to receive training from Kinark’s ABA program. She began by observing and developing programs. Then, she began to instruct the sessions by herself. Moreover, she had the privilege of going to schools with a supervisor to help assist with implementing the ABA procedures in person. She also worked as an enhanced early childhood educator assistant. She was responsible for working individually with children with developmental disabilities. She continues to grow further professionally by taking steps to studying forensic psychology at Ontario Tech University.
