Samara Francia – Occupational Therapist (Pediatrics)

 

Samara earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University in 2005 and has been working in pediatric occupational therapy ever since. She has experience across diverse settings, including schools, private clinics, client homes, developmental screening clinics, and hospital-based programs for infants and children.

 

Samara specializes in Sensory Integration and Fine Motor Skill Development, and complements her occupational therapy expertise with additional training in Yoga instruction, Reiki Level 1, and Guided Imagery/Meditation. She has also attended numerous professional workshops, including those focused on Neurodevelopmental Treatment for children with ASD, Therapeutic Listening, and Sensory Integration.

 

Outside of work, Samara enjoys spending time in nature, practicing yoga, walking, and cooking.
